CBD Full Spectrum vs CBD Pure Isolate

Topics of Discussion:

. What is CBD Full Spectrum?

. What is CBD Pure Isolate?

. Whats does Leafy Drops choose?

Let the fight begin!!

There is a constant debate between the two on which one is better. Leafy Drops does not favor one more than the other, but there is a reason why we go with “read article to know :)”. We will discuss the difference between the two and help bring some clarity for those who wonder.

Full Spectrum

When CBD is referred as Full Spectrum, it means that the CBD contains all other cannabinoids found in the plant. This includes CBN ( Cannabinol), CBG (Cannabigerol), and THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin) and many more. Full Spectrum is also referred as “whole plant” because CBD is being extracted in different parts of the Hemp Plant. This will contain traces amount of THC but in very low concentrations.

As shown in the chart above, each cannabinoid offers different benefits for a wide variety of ailments. CBD offers nearly all the benefits of each cannabinoid combined. While CBD offers the most benefits compared to any single cannabinoid, many wonder if CBD alone is more effective for treating ailments than all the cannabinoids combined. A study preformed in the Lautenberg Center for General Tumor Immunology in Jerusalem. Researchers administered full spectrum CBD and CBD isolate to two different groups of mice. When comparing the data of the two groups, the results showed that the group given full spectrum CBD were provided with higher levels of relief. The study also showed that full spectrum CBD continued to provide relief as the dose increased, while CBD Isolate did not provide the same effect when there was an increase in dosage. While full spectrum CBD has shown to be more effective than CBD, this does not discredit the effectiveness of CBD Isolate. There are a wide variety of situations when CBD isolate would be preferred over Full Spectrum CBD.  Find out below..

 CBD Pure Isolate

CBD Isolate is simply purified CBD that has been extracted from the hemp plant and isolated from the other cannabinoids.

Why is this  preferred to some?

You may not need the full capabilities of Full Spectrum CBD. Other cannabinoids may cause a negative reactions that CBD pure isolate wont. Although CBD pure isolate can still contain THC like full spectrum, it is possible to extract CBD with no THC.

What Does Leafy Drops choose?

Leafy Drops goes with CBD isolate because we do not want THC in our products! Different CBD products that contain THC may be within the legal limit and also have low amounts of it, but… it is still possible to pop on a drug test. Consuming unusually large dosages of CBD per day, could theoretically trigger a positive for THC on a urine test.  We want a “worry free zone” when shopping with us.

Conclusion:

We hoped that you have learned something today, only you can decide which is best for you.
